Exercise softwareAs a personal client you get the option to bundle remote and in-person training sessions via the most dynamic exercise software on the market! This allows you to have a coach in your pocket at all times. You get an individualized workout plan specifically for your goal, individual needs, and individual factors. Inside of the app, you have individualized notes, exercises, data, and communication. Proper exercise programming will keep you injury free, refreshed, and energized for your fitness journey!

connection, Content, and communityLastly, you get access to me directly 24/7 through the direct message features through the apps. Ask questions, post videos, and celebrate your wins along the way! Communication and accountability will be the glue for results. This allows us to stay in touch on a regular basis.
