Spark with stark
Spark With Stark is my Hybrid (performance bias) signature style programming that blends together a variety of methodologies and movements that provide breathe taking results. This style of training blends together performance, aesthetics, and longevity components helping you to create breathtaking sustainable results. Sculpt
Sculpt is Spark's signature style of training put into a muscle recomposition format. This is the outline that I used for many years as I progressed into my training. Great for building muscle, toning stubborn areas, and creating a baseline for fitness. Perfect for beginner and intermediate athletes or individuals that perform better with moderate volume.

Strength
Strength is another version of Spark's signature style of training that has a strength bias catered towards functional gym set ups. This is a great option for beginner/intermediate athletes that have access to functional gym equipment and want to build strength while prioritizing longevity, connective tissue, and cardiovascular health without machines/cables.

Sweat
Last but not least we have our Sweat option. This is perfect for beginner/intermediate experience levels or individuals with fast paced lifestyles and limited time. Sweat is a minimalistic version of Spark that uses dumbbell resistance training and a combination of constantly varied functional movements with cardiovascular components. Perfect for home gyms and other minimal set ups inside of fast paced lifestyles.
